This is a must have item if you use a camera! Quick, convenient, and easy to use.

Takes a little longer to charge fully depleted batteries than had hoped for but around 3 hours is still not too back so would recommend especially for the price!

I have ordered this Item and received a different, cheaper product/item which is the Targus TG-CH400. I have perform a return/replacement on Amazon but still they sent me the wrong one (TG-CH400).
Now I have 2 TG-CH400s, that if I fail to return in 30days:
1st - I paid more for TG-CH5000 and received a cheaper, low-model one.
2nd - Will be charged again (and I think with the higher TG-CH5000 price) for a product that I did not chose on buying.
I don't see any mistake on my side to receive this discomfort. I hope Amazon has a better customer-friendly approach on this one.

Update: As per my suggestion, I paid for the 2 TG-CH400s with it's Amazon price. Still, didn't get the original TG-CH5000.
For future buyers of this product, you may want to check first with Amazon if they've already updated their inventory.

I purchased the Targus TG-CH5000 battery charger along with a Canon digital camera. I used the charger almost immediately, as the batteries included with the camera only lasted a few hours. It worked precisely as advertised, charging the batteries very quickly. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a rapid battery charger.

The Targus battery charger is great. It's small enough to put anywhere. I use mine all the time. This will re-charge AA and AAA batteries. I have other electronic devices that use re-charable batteries and have been throwing them away because I didn't hace a re-charger. Now that I do I'll be saving money.
